‘Transmutation is Alchemy’ - The second coming of Christ.

Kenna: There's a gentleman here. He's wearing a tunic. I've seen him before. I don't know who he is though. He's a little bit bald on top, he's got a round head. He's got a funny smile. He's quite light-hearted. He looks like an academic, like in Ancient Greece or Rome even. He's got that long ankle length cream coloured tunic thing on. It's like a gown, I guess. 

Helen: Is he from Alexandria? 

Kenna: He says, "That’s very good!" He’s holding a book too. 

Helen: Is his name Simeon? 

Kenna: He seems to be taking that. He just put a finger up in the air and went "Ahhhh!" You know what I mean? But he didn't say yes or no. 

Helen: Alright. 

Kenna: But he's like, "Come with me. Come with me." 

Helen: Ok. 

Kenna: Shall we go with him? 

Helen: Yeah, absolutely. I know him. I think he's from my side of the team. 

Kenna: “That would be correct. Well done”.  

 
Helen: Thank you.  
 

Kenna: Yeah. He just ran by your side, he just went over to you and put an arm around you.  So that's a yes. Definitely. "Yes, that's right!" he just said. That's his name. That's amazing! 
 

Helen: He came to me in a previous session. 

Kenna: Yeah, he's acknowledging that. He's like, "Very good". He's got the one finger up in the air again. (laughs) He's funny, he's cool. I like him. We'll follow... what's his name?  

Helen: Simeon.  

Kenna: Was it? Yeah, Simeon. He is cool. (brief pause) He's saying, "Follow me, follow me!" (laughs) 

Helen: Ok. Alright, let's follow Simeon. Just go with it, taking some nice deep breaths and just relaxing into it. You're safe. 

Kenna: Thanks. 

Helen: Beings of love are surrounding you, and Archangel Michael has always got your back. 

Kenna: Thank you. Michael just turned to you and gave you a thumbs up. "Thanks for looking after her" he said. 

Helen: My pleasure. 

Kenna: We seem to be in Alexandria. That's what it looks like, the buildings and everything. He's walking me through the streets there and he's still saying "Follow me! Follow me!" Wow, this is cool. I can see the streets and the stones of the... cobble. Well, I guess it's cobblestones, but it's stones, and it's like I'm going through an alleyway or a street. I guess it used to be known as street. I'm seeing street vendors, I'm seeing kids play. We're still going. There's fresh fruits for sale. It's like the royal tour! (laughs). 

Helen: Are you allowed to, while are you there... Can you see if, when you stop by one of the vendors and look at the fruit, pick it up and have a smell, and if it's ok, have a bite and just experience? 

Kenna: Yeah, it's a melon! 

Helen: What kind of melon? 

Kenna: It's a yellow melon. It looks like a honeydew, but it's a yellow melon. It's rounder, more round than honeydews are. It's yellow, like a yellow colour. Very bright yellow, but very, very round and it's still got a little bit of the stalk attached. The stalk is rough and a light brown colour. He just asked me, “am I gonna pay for that?” (laughs). He can see me! That's weird. It's because we are in the astral? 

Helen: Ah.  
 

Kenna: That's so strange. I can interact with the vendor. (Sounding shocked) Helen, is that normal? 

Helen: You could be experiencing... You could be in another dimension, experiencing it in another dimension. 

Kenna: That must be what's going on. 
 

Helen: Ask him if it's possible for you to have a sample for free? Would he be so kind to give you a sample? 

Kenna: No way!  He just grabbed the melon out of my hand (laughs). He said, "Pay me first. Melon later". 

Helen: Check your pockets? Do you have any money in your pockets? 

Kenna: I do! I have a pocket and I do have the money! Simeon is going "Pay him. Pay him.". Ok, I'll bloody pay him! (laughs) 

Helen: Have a look at the currency you give to him, and I want you to remember it when you come out. 

Kenna: Ohh jeez. It's silver coin, but I don't know what it is. I can't see the features on it. It's got an emperor's head on it. They said "Emperor's head" but I saw the head. Ummm, Augustus, it's Augustus.  I'm not sure which one though. Think it's the second one. When I looked at Simeon, he held up two fingers (as I asked). Then he said, "Very good" and then said "Follow me, follow me" again. 

Helen: Ok. Pay the guy, grab the honey dew. 

Kenna: Yeah, we'll grab the melon! (laughs) Ohh jeez, he’s not very happy, the vendor, because I tried to ask for it for free. Anyway. Ok, we’ve got the melon and we're following him. Let's go!  He's moving fast too, I'm like jogging to keep up with him. Simeon just said, "No time to waste, no time to waste”. Ok, he's taking me into some sort of building. It's all made of stone. It's like a sandstone sort of thing. It's got a really high doorway and it's just a typical, sort of, I don't know. It's like Egyptian walk-in big stone building. There's men walking in there, and I'm in there. It's huge, it’s almost like as big as a cathedral. There’s men walking around, they almost look like monks. They're talking about things. They feel like they have some sort of enlightenment or understanding. Ok, he's taking me to another room. He's like, "Quickly, quickly". Ok, so we're running (laughs) and then he shut the door. We're in this other room now, through the main lobby area. He shut the door…they seem made of wood, then I'm sitting down at a table. He's lighting an oil lamp and he's going through some sort of archives there. It looks like a bookcase and he's trying to find something. "There it is!". He pulled it out. 

It's made of papyrus, but it's almost like a lamb skin, you know, vellum?  It's looks like papyrus, but I think it's vellum or... one or the other. It's thick. He's showing me what goes on. Ok, it's Egyptian, and he's saying, "Look, look".  He’s opening it. What's going on here? Ohh ok! It's like Egyptian sorts of drawings and it looks like there's a human and he's standing on a boat on the river Nile. There's a crocodile in this drawing and he said to the 'After land'. What is he trying to show me? (curious)  
He's like "There it is." He's just pointing at this one drawing and it's literally an Egyptian man in a little skirt, that's standing on some sort of boat, on the river Nile and there's a crocodile down in the water. It's as simple as that. But he is like "There it is”, and then he just shut the book, closed it. It's bound. It's not like a 'book', but it's bound, like several pages, and you can open it and close it. It's weird. It's bound like an everyday book, but it's almost without a hardcover. I wonder what that is? (curious) Have you got a question? 

Helen: In terms of Egyptian mythology, we're crossing the river. Does that mean that we're to... Does this mean we're meeting with Anubis? 

Kenna: He says. “Ah, not yet. Not yet. Tell her about the Lotus". Which is, as you were asking the question, he zoomed in on the man on the boat. He showed me that picture again and the man is holding a Lotus to his chest, to his heart area.  
 
There's something about when he zoomed in on that image (scene), the information, the understanding that came through was... the reptilian side of the brain? Very, primal, cold blooded, sort of thing. It's almost like the safe passage in these times of troubles are through the opening of the heart, the Lotus blooming. You know what I mean? The heart chakra and “then you'll safely traverse these waters that are treacherous”. I just had a snake thrown at me as well, a cobra. He's holding the snake. He shoved it in my face (laughs), but it was to make a statement, I think. He just threw the cobra away. It's alright. I think that was for theatrics. 

Helen: So, the only way to move through these troubled times is to go through the heart space? 

Kenna: “Yes. To open the heart and then onwards to the next realm, to the next dimension, to the next universe”, he just said. There's more to that too. It could be to the new world as well. “For the next life” (laughs), in whatever way you want to take that. 

Helen: That's a carry on from the last time we were talking. (Goddess) Isis gave us a lotus as well*. 

*For the reader - Kenna and I had conducted a session a couple of months before where Goddess Isis came forth. Within our conversation, she had held a Lotus to her heart before presenting it to us*. 

Kenna: Ok. “It's the same Lotus” that's what Simeon just said. Just super quick, the 'traversing'... the transversing, whatever it is... “Across the Nile, across the waters, doesn't always indicate death”, he just said. As in, it's the same process almost, "You've got it!" he just yelled out. It's the same process. I'd be looking at the Egyptian Book of the Dead and the processes that take place, “the spiritual attributes there”. For some reason he's trying to hypnotise me. Ohh, ok. Helen, can you take me a little bit deeper? 

Helen: (conducts deepeners) 

Kenna: Mr. Nostradamus is here. He's going to keep an eye on the consciousness. 

Helen: Wonderful. Let's continue with the work that we need to do.   
 

Kenna: "Follow me" Simeon says. He's taking me to the river and he's showing me stepping onto the boat... I'm stepping onto the boat. He's just pushed the boat away from the shore, from the rushes, from the reeds. He says, "See how you go". I seem to be standing on this... a floating platform, but 'boat'. My balance has to be centred. He says “there's a lot of information in this Helen, it will be like a spiritual guide. Take notes”. I'm barefoot on this boat, this platform and I have to be grounded and I have to be centred. The shore is pretty far away. If I was to swim in these waters, it would be a bit treacherous (laughs). The chances of survival are pretty slim due to crocodile. I have a hand to my heart... and I must trust this journey. The sun is so hot. 

Helen: What time of day is it? 

Kenna: Noon. Sun is high, at its highest point. The sun is so hot and it's beating down on me, but it's cold water underneath me. “But one cannot simply plunge themselves into the water, recklessly or thoughtlessly. One must find solace in their surroundings and peace within themselves”.  
 

Helen: Do you have peace within yourself as you stand on this boat?  
 

Kenna: “You can draw from the waters of life, through the Sacred Heart and find peace within”. So yes, I can.  
 

Helen: Wonderful.  
 

Kenna: There's a visual here where inside my heart, I've astral projected inwards. I've gone in my heart, into my sacred space. I have projected my spirit downwards through the Nile, into those waters, where I know I'll be safe and protected. The crocodiles can't see my spirit. They can't see the spirit. They can only see what's on the land, what's on the physical, but I can find solace in putting my spirit into the cool waters. It's like on the astral, and I can feel it too. It's so real but I can see I'm underneath, I'm in the water, like I'm underneath the boat and I know that my physical body is up there and I can see the little crocodiles. The 'little' crocodiles. That's how deep I am and they're floating, like they know I'm on the boat, but they can't see me underneath it in spirit. You can't see that anchoring of the energy. The anchoring of the energy…there's something there. I don't know what that is. 

But it's like I'm anchoring my energy to find the peace and the solace and the coolness of the water, “Waters of life” they just said. "Carry, carry on". What is it you'd like to ask? 

Helen: So, in terms of anchoring the energy, anchoring the energy into the element of water, that'd be correct? Or I guess it works on multiple levels? So, working with the element of water, but then also the symbology of anchoring into the waters of life? 

Kenna: "Very good." Simeon says. 

Helen: Wonderful. Ok, so allowing Kenna to enjoy the waters of the Nile. Just immersing herself in the energies of the water. 

Kenna: We're going upwards now. 

Helen: Ok. 

Kenna: We've anchored down into the water, into the depths, and then we'll come back up to the heart. Then we've proceeded to astral project out the top of the Crown (chakra) and up into the burning sun, like up into the burning heat. Someone just said "We'll be filled by the sun too" like the heat, the opposite. They're showing me that is like a pipeline and they're showing me the heat coming down and filtering down from the top of the conduit, down into the heart, and then they're showing me a drawing of the 'cold' coming up to meet at the heart. They're showing me that it's mixing and it's like oil and water. Like it mixes, but it doesn't quite mix. 

Then they're showing me it... Ohh wow! There's like a little portal thing. There's a tiny little speck of light, it's like a golden energy. "The spark of life" they just said. It looks like the two (heat and cold) are actually moving towards getting sucked into that speck of light and it's being transformed. Ohh, wow ok! When it gets transformed... you know when opposites come together and sometimes it goes 'Boom!’? 

Helen: Yep. 

Kenna: It actually looks like that. There were rays of white light coming out my fingertips coming out, my toes, coming out my chest, there’s rays of white light.  

“Subvergence. This creates illusion in time-space realities”. They've just taken my whole spirit above my body, so now I'm looking at myself, down on that boat as a human. I just heard "Free at last" and I actually looked like I was free. I extended my arms outwards and tilted my head up to the sky, with the sun on my face. It was a freeing moment. 

"Everybody can do this. But that's the way to the afterlife" someone keeps saying. Simeon wants to greet me back on shore now (laughs). Jeez, he's funny (laughs). It's like he ran, like he was following me along the bank, and he's got his legs into the rushes going... "Come on! Come on! Come back over here!" (laughs) but, are there questions that need asking? 

Helen: Yes, there is. Through this journey, we need to channel the energy from both realms, so up and down. So from above as below, we channel it into our heart space. Therefore it is transformed into a white light that creates... that creates, Enlightenment? 

Kenna: “Subvergence. Subvergence is key to transmutation of said energies”. 

Helen: Is this alchemy? 

Kenna: “Very good. It's also physics as well" someone just said. There's definitely a physics connection, which is heavily associated with alchemy. It's both, but it's like one's on one end of the scale, the other one’s on the other end of the scale. It's interesting. Question? 

Helen: Then what do we do when we've created this subvergence? Equals, it creates enlightenment? Or creates... 

Kenna: Not necessarily.  

Helen: Can someone tell me what what subvergence creates again? 

Kenna: “It creates transmutation, across the physical and etheric planes. That's the symbology of the deep, the unseen, the subconscious”. Someone just said, "Not necessarily the subconscious, but of similar understanding to how this vehicle is processing it as”. 

Helen: Ok. 

Kenna: The opposite end of the scale is the 'just the upwards'. Can you provide the question again? 

Helen: I'm sorry. This is a very deep matter and this is a very deep conversation that we're having and I'm struggling to keep up as well, along with the vehicle so yes. Is there anything else? I guess I have no questions, except if they can provide more information in simpler terms. 

Kenna: “It's the transmutation. So the transmutation which was given through visual of the two meeting at that point of light within the heart, where the transmutation occurs”... Give me just two seconds. Yeah, ‘the vehicle isn't able to comprehend’.  
Wherever the hell we were getting that information from. Sorry, I've just brought myself back for two seconds. The being who was telling us that has stepped back and another being intervened and said, "she's not getting it". Like it's too much to comprehend, which is not necessarily a bad thing because I don't actually think that we're ready for it. 

Helen: Yep. 

Kenna: That information wasn't coming directly from Simeon. 

Helen: No. I didn't think so. 

Kenna: He's still on the banks, but another being took over to try to explain it. But it's definitely related to alchemy, it's definitely related to physics, and they seem pretty convinced that you've got enough to go on. If you sat with that information, you'll probably find truth but ‘you will have to follow your hunches’, they just said. Nostradamus just helped and said that (laughs).  

This is to do with his quatrains and stuff.  “You have to use your intuition” with this sort of stuff because sometimes it just can't be said the way it is, “it does depend on the vehicle. Depends on the knowledge, it depends on the capacity of the brain”, but we're still operating within a 3 to 4D sort of realm here and “there are limitations in the vehicle's mind”.  You'd have to have someone qualified within quantum physics or with some serious alchemy, with a quantum physics backing, to thoroughly investigate this sort of... they're actually calling it a “phenomena”. It's a phenomena, but it's through transmutation. The transmutation is key, but it's to do with crossing over into the other... the next life or the new life, or the however you want to put it. New realm, new dimension. They also just showed me, that sometimes this transmutation can take place when we're at certain stages of lives and when certain frequencies are being met, and you have that sort of shift as a human, I guess and spirit. Hmmm, it's interesting. Someone just said, "Kenna's having one right now". 

Helen: How's that feeling for you, Kenna? 

Kenna: (Takes a breath) Whoa. My spirit is answering and it's outside of my body (laughs), my spirit just answered you and said, "Very good" (laughs). 

Helen: (laughs) Is this your higher self?  
 

Kenna: Yes. It's better to be free. I feel a lot freer (from) the mental state, from within the mental realms, less constricted through unnecessary thinking and thought patterns and behaviours within the mind. 

Helen: So, expansion. 

Kenna: Yeah! It's... less is more, isn't it? So less in the mind is more, more freedom, more expansion. 

Helen: Yep. 

Kenna: There's a little flame thing at the top of my crown, on the top of my head, that's funny (laughs). Looks like the flame emoji. 

Helen: It's not your consciousness, is it? 

Kenna: “It's to do with the etheric and the crown chakra being reactivated”, someone just said. “It will significantly improve”. I'm seeing it be like a golden brownish colour and it turning to almost like a blue-white flame with like purple around it. But the purple is a purple and silver. It's really weird looking, sort of energy, but that's in the future, that's what it's changing to. It looks like that flame really gets diminished or they shut it down a lot, they turn it down. If you could imagine it as an oil lamp. They turn the flame down a little bit so it's a smaller flame, while they're doing (energy) upgrades and stuff, and then they let it rip with the new energy. They turn it back up. 

Helen: Yep, so this was explored with Dr Michael Newton's work, in terms of when people crossover, you get to wear, I guess, you wear different colours to symbolise where you are in your spiritual evolution. So purple, white, is pretty much the closest you get before... I guess you become reincorporated with the God-Self. 

Kenna: Simeon is raising his finger again, saying "Very good." Should we follow him?  
 

Helen: Yep. 
 

Kenna: He's waving, saying "You can follow me." Wait, just two seconds. I can still see him but I'm jumping in and out of realities and things. (Sighs) It's quite tiring. Ohhh. "This is the reason for your tiredness".  Fascinating. "Tell the others", they just said.  Ok, so this is like a global humanity thing, mate. Not only this vehicle. 

Helen: So, everyone's dimension jumping? 

Kenna: Yeah and healing multiple lives. Not everybody. But there's a lot of them that are in multiple dimensions. There’s convergences of different dimensions, healing different lives. (Sighs) “Great things are taking place. Great shifts are taking place” they just said. 

Helen: Yeah. 

Kenna: They're saying, "It's the second coming of Christ”. Nostradamus just stepped in there and said, "Little do they realise that Christ is within the heart”, it's a way of being, it's a way of living. Someone just said, "Christ did come, but to anchor it”. No doubt there's a person that was special, that anchored that vibration. They're showing me the Christ consciousness pattern into the earth grid. Nostradamus was pointing into his heart, saying "It's in there, it's not out there. Everyone's waiting for something to fall out of the sky or fly down from the sky. Whether that's a Christ, an Alien or Mohammed... even Ezekiel. It's in here, it's in here" and he keeps pointing to his heart and to Sacred geometry. 

Helen: So that's the second coming of Christ, when everyone's heart chakras are going to be activated? 

Kenna: Some people will choose not to, but yes. Like what you just said, the message remains the same. It's a way of being. It's a way of living. It's a way of becoming. (laughs) Nostradamus just threw the Bible away (laughs) was like, "It's not like this" and he threw it away. "It's not the Bible. It's your heart". I think we need to look up the weighing of the heart with the Egyptian Book of the Dead and the traversing to the other side, because they just put me back on that boat. They put me back within the balance and me with my hand on my heart... the Lotus, on the heart. “The Lotus flower is the chakric system”, they just said. "It's a direct correlation to the chakric system, that's why Lotus is sacred". How interesting. Have you got another question? 

Helen: What are we supposed to do with this information? 

Kenna: “Be discerning with what you share with others".  

Helen: Yep, I appreciate that. 

Kenna: Any further questions before we continue? 

Helen: Thank you for being a presence. I really appreciate it. 

Kenna: Nostradamus is stroking his beard "We are here to help you, we are here to help you. "Thank you for being open" and he just kind of nodded, bowed his head. 

Helen: Thank you. 

Kenna: Simeon, he's still saying "Follow me". We're on the banks of the Nile again. This is fun. I'm really loving this! (laughs). It feels like an expedition! Oh jeez, Ok, there's a super quick message here, but he’s like "quick, quick", "chop, chop" and we'll get through this next one really quick and then on to something else. He just showed me a human chess board. It's a chess board, but with human players, like, it's actually just humans. The pieces are human and he put me on it. He is showing me that I'm the equivalent to the knight. Ok, so that's cool. So we're moving on the board and he's saying "you move here, and you move there"... so he's showing me through the moves, “we'll continue to do the same for you Helen, but you must learn to trust. It's yourself and this process and us”.   

We're talking about balance and then he's showing me the comparison between what was talked about with the boat on the Nile, the coolness and the heat, and then bringing it together and it being powerful. You know, through the heart. This is the same for you. "The same journey is for you", they just said, so use your wisdom. Use 'their' wisdom and bring it together through the heart. They just said “'injustice' or 'unjustice' is removed. Please remember this”. 

Helen: Yes. 

Kenna: They just said, "Kenna likes to move uncontrollably, unpredicted". She doesn't like to be predicted “Hence why she’s a fortune teller” (both laugh). "The knight has a use too, even with its odd movements". "It catches people off guard. Looks can be deceiving." Simeon just said. "Take wisdom in that. On we go!", He just took me off the chessboard and we're passing the other players, the other pieces, opposite sides. We're walking past that; I'm just waving goodbye to the chessboard (both laugh). I don't know why I'm waving goodbye to it? (laughs) 

Kenna: He's eating a banana. What's that got to do with anything Helen? 

Helen: Well, maybe this is your cue to try the honeydew melon that you bought. 

Kenna: He just said, "You never let me down” (laughs). “You know exactly what you're doing". He just pointed to his head and started giggling. Ok, let's have a look at the melon. I didn't even realise, I forgot I had it. Jeez he’s funny! Ok, let's have a look at this melon. Ok, I've just like cracked the stalk off, like popped it off. Oh yeah, looks alright, looks like the average melon. I'm just going to break it in half because I want to have a look (laughs). It's seriously ripe. Oh, there's a worm in it. Wow. I shouldn't have paid top price for that! (laughs). Bloody hell!  

 
Helen: At least you know it's fresh! 
 

Kenna: (laughs) It's really good, like a good quality melon, the worm is not disturbing it at all. It's a beautiful melon. I think there'd be something wrong if there wasn't a worm in it. 

Helen: Exactly. 

Kenna: That's what Simeon brought to our attention, you know, with pesticides and shit. I'm just looking at that worm for two seconds, hang on. Oh yeah, he's showing me to just have a look on the outside and I can see where the worm has gone in. It’s a larvae. It's like a maggotty thing that's eaten there. It hasn't transformed yet. He said, "I hate to call you a maggot" (both laugh), he's says, "it's similar, undergoing transformation. Focus on the good stuff, the sweet things". Ok, there's a lesson within this larvae, because the larvae is eating the sweetness, it's eating the goodness. It's loving it! It's freaking loving it! He's pointing to me going, "You must do that too. Through these moments of transformation, it's better to focus on the sweet things as you undergo it. But please rest" he just said. 

Helen: OK. 

Kenna: It's beautiful and sweet, it's perfectly ripe. I couldn't wish for a better melon. He's showing me the larvae, it's turning into some sort of moth or something. He reckons it's “in the books”, if you look this up, you'd probably be able to find this sort of pest that actually gets attracted to the melon. He just said, "taking flight" and showing me it taking off the first time. It's a new life for the moth. 

Helen: What else? 

Kenna: I don't know. He's just saying "Think about that. Think about that." But there's something there. He's bringing me back to the fact of when he said to focus on the sweet stuff. The larvae can't see a damn thing. It's dark. It's pitch black. If I hadn't broken that freaking melon open; he wouldn't have seen the light of day. 

But if he was just in his natural (state), he would have been eating the sweet stuff, just thinking that "this is awesome", but he really couldn't see anything. He doesn't really know what's going on. They're just saying “it's far better to focus on the sweet stuff” or to have that sort of mindset or perception, even if you can't see where it is you're going, you know what I mean? 

Helen: Yep. 

Kenna: “But you can also not think of 'things' too”. This is coming from Nostradamus. “If you need to focus on something, focus on the sweet, but you don't have to focus on anything. Just 'being' is enough”. You know what I mean? He is showing me scales tipping from the darkness to the light, from the negative to the positive. He's not talking about 'scientific’ positive and negative at this point in time. The negative aspect in science shouldn't be looked as a bad thing as such. He's showing me the way that the Earth is going and the fact that we've been in wars for so long and stuff like that. He's saying, obviously people are focusing on that stuff, “if you're not gonna focus on the 'good stuff' or the 'sweet stuff' for yourself, then do it for humanity” (laughs). 

But there's no forcing this, though. You know what I mean? It's just taking a lighthearted approach. There's such a fine line between pleasure and pain because he's showing me that if you force things, it actually turns into friction, it becomes aggressive. 

Helen: Yes. 

Kenna: You defeat the purpose. So, it's just about finding that balance, that perfect. He said “equilibrium” and, "That is all that we wish to tell you". They're actually putting me back in my body, Helen. But can you just give me two seconds? 

Helen: Yeah, absolutely. 

Kenna: I just want to quickly make sure that's exactly what needs to happen right now. I get so suspicious because I love it. (laughs) Simeon just said, “the melon analogy is a good one”. The Sword of Truth.
