Meeting Nostradamus for the first time - A message about pollution and greed.

 Helen: Let's talk about medicine.  

Kenna: Who would you like to speak to? 

Helen: Whoever would like to step forward and communicate with me about medicine I guess. I'm curious as to the medicines that we should learn how to use, or (I'm) ready to start learning about different types of medicine. 

Kenna: (laughs) Yeah, they've chosen someone. They've just pushed him forward (laughs). And he just said, “I am most knowledgeable”. 

Helen: Can I please ask his name? 

Kenna: Samuel? That is how it’s pronounced Sam-ual.  

Helen: Thank you for stepping forward, Samuel. 

Kenna: “It's an honour and a pleasure”, he just nodded. 

Helen: Samuel, the information I would like to ask is, is there any information that I need to be aware of now, in regard to medicine?  

Kenna: "Yes", He just said, “You need to be more specific” (laughs) if that's ok, "because we can definitely tell you". He's saying and showing me stuff, but he also said that you might want to be more specific with the question. 

Helen: Absolutely. 

Kenna: What he showed me was that he pulled down some sort of curtain, and it had a 'game plan' on it. If you could imagine a cartoon, he's pointing to it. He's showing me triangles and stuff. When I first looked at it, I actually thought that he was talking about maths or mathematics or figuring something out in the mind. Looked like it was very much to do with something like that, but if you've got a question, we can ask him. 

Helen: What's the game plan, Samuel? 

Kenna: Now he's a man of logic, he's a scientific being. He's actually looks like pretty much next to human to me, he looks like an older gentleman. He looks like he's got a long robe on and looks like a Roman Greco sort of bloke. He's a man of logic and he's a man of science. The game plan, with medicine… “Is this for yourself, or is this for something else?“. 

Helen: I guess this is just information to bring forth. 

Kenna: He just said, “Let's start at the very beginning” and he's showing me a Neanderthal.  He says “On the evolutionary scale” and he’s showing me humanity evolving. You know the picture of the scale with Neanderthal at one end and then it's evolved man at the other? He’s showing me that. “We are not evolved just yet”, he says, “Remember that”. He is showing me the scale and where we're actually at and he's saying that “ We think we're at the end, we think that we're the evolved people”, but in actual fact, we're three quarters of the way... away from Neanderthal, but he “doesn't want to get into technicalities about the Neanderthals”, he just said. Regardless of whether there's a missing link or not, he's not here to talk about that, but he is a man of science, ok? 

Helen: Yep. 

Kenna: He’s showing me that there are several steps between where we are now, and an evolved human and he says we're “not there yet”. He’s giving me the date 2054. He says, “Write that down”. 

Helen: 2054. 

Kenna: Humanity should be evolved by then, enough to not devastate or blow up the planet. 

Helen: So we should be enlightened? 

Kenna: He's crossed both fingers (fingers crossed in hope), but "the current trajectory and time frame is this". He says he's “happy to share this with you”. Ok, now he's pointing to his head, like an insinuation to 'think'. He’s showing me you thinking and you being out and about thinking, wondering, which next step to take or what to do. He says “Think it through. Think it through. You've got until 2054 to figure it out” (laughs). He is funny, he's saying “There's no need to rush” or such. He’s showing me sticking a firework up your bum. "Don't stress". He just pulled out the firework out and threw it away. He says, “Please don't feel like this ok?” He's showing me the Roadrunner and the Wile E Coyote sort of thing... The running, the chasing, the moving really quick. The trying to get to the destination and trying to figure out a game plan. He actually “Doesn't mind the coyote”, he just said. I wonder how he knows this information? He's showing me that he learned stuff in the command centre about humanity. He's actually showing me a TV, and that he's very familiar with the Wile E Coyote. He said that he “relates to the coyote” because the coyote is actually quite intelligent and gets a game plan.  He says “Wait for it. There is a message within this” (laughs). “There’s a reason why I am explaining this”, he says. “The impatience, the impatience...”. But he's laughing about it. 

He relates to the Wile E Coyote because he gets the game plan and he thinks things through. But he says, “Just when you think you've got it figured out... outsmarted, or outrunned!” (laughs). Ok, it's both. It's actually both. “There's always something... thwarted!”, he’s saying. "You may relate to that too", but he's laughing about that. He says “That's ok, there's always something else to figure out, there's always something else to take into consideration”. He’s actually shouting “Watch Wile E! Watch Wile E! You might learn something, but it's about knowing that there's always something else to discover, or something else to understand". He just clapped his hands together, “That's all there is to it, so take the pressure down on yourself regarding these things". He says “These things are going to come to you, because it's just a matter of time. Humanity will awaken” So if you’ve been been worried about that, well that's what he's saying.  He's saying “Have faith and trust in that. Have the intelligence to know that there is no other way that humanity, or this thing can go, but as far as medicine, let's get back to that". Do you have any other questions regarding that? Has that started you off on a tangent or off on a path? 

Helen: Uh, no. It’s made me even more confused and made me think that the question about medicine is probably not the right starting point. 

Kenna: “What's coming to mind?” he’s saying. 

Helen: Well, I guess, what is the purpose of these sessions? I want to make sure that I'm doing it correctly,  

Kenna: “We're happy to discuss that”. 

Helen: What are the purpose of these sessions, please? 

Kenna: “To learn, grow, discover, and develop”. He said “This is for you; this is for you. Not necessarily for this vehicle”. 

Helen: Yes. 

Kenna: “But she's happy to tag along” (laughs). Ok, ok. They’re showing me the command centre and they say that “You can talk to us”.  There's a spokesperson. I think it's Samuel still, that's gesturing to all the beings in the command control centre. They're saying, “They can talk to us”. They’re showing me that there's a whole universe out there. Ohh, they're showing me the tapestry. Ohh my goodness. 

Helen: Really!? 

Kenna: Yes, they’re showing me the tapestry. You know the one with the many threads? 

Helen: Yes. 

Kenna: I know where that is. They said, “Let's take you there”. Do you want to go to the tapestry? 

Helen: Yeah, absolutely. Please. 

Kenna: Going to the tapestry. It's really interesting. It's not what I thought it would look like. Ah! “Dolores envisioned it differently. Please remember this”. 

Helen: Yes. 

Kenna: OK, so there's different ways that people could envision it. Was it like a room for Dolores? 

Helen: Yes, it was. 

Kenna: Yeah, it's not a room for me. Well, they're not showing me a room, but they're saying, “It's the same thing”. They're nodding their head, they're saying “It's the same thing, it's just perceived differently through this vehicle”. It's like threads of light, strings of light. This is really cool. Someone just said, “There's a connection to quantum physics with the string”, but it's strings of light and it's interwoven, there are so many strings. It's set (in place)... not really floating, it's tethered, it's stuck there. It's not floating around the universe or anything, but it's almost like, you're coming across it in the middle of space. It's like a giant tapestry actually hanging up on a wall, but the wall does not exist. It's just kind off floating there in the middle of space. Samuel just said, “Where is it you want to go? We’ll help guide you”. 

Helen: Ok. 

Kenna: “Have a go. Where do you wanna go?”. He’s encouraging you to think.  

Helen: Guide us to the point that is relevant at this moment in time. (sighs) I don't know. This is really hard for a human mind. You guys have given me the universe and gone "start somewhere". 

Kenna: “That's ok, let us take the lead”. 

Helen: Yes, please. 

Kenna: “We're happy to work with you and help guide and support you on this adventurous journey”. 

Helen: Thank you.  

Kenna: Do you want to go see Nostradamus, Helen? 

Helen: Oh, yes please! 

Kenna: Because someone just said “Let's go see Nostradamus. We can take you there”. 

Helen: Yes, please.  

Kenna: Just quickly before we continue, I'll just share this with you because it's actually quite fascinating. You know the Roman soldier, and when they showed us the dove?  

Helen: Yeah. 

Kenna: And then the dove went back into the cage, and then we saw that bloke?*.  

*For the reader, this is connected to our Antichrist session* 

Helen: Yeah. 

Kenna: I understand now, with the dove, he was harnessing the spirit of a dove and almost… They're not saying, ‘It's a possession’, but he used maybe an enslaved spirit, into a physical vehicle. 

Helen: The dove was a Trojan horse? 

Kenna: “Very good” someone just said, “but so was the Roman soldier if you think about it” (laughs). It's like a Trojan horse inside a Trojan horse (laughs). Does that make sense? Two layers on that. Two vessels being used within that circumstance. 

Helen: Did you consent at all to work with… to be a slave? 

Kenna: Wait, I'll just take a couple of deep breaths and we will see. It's scaring me that question, so, it makes me think that there was coercion, maybe. (Exhales). Hold on, ok. Even just talking about him pulled him in. He is nowhere as near as powerful as what he was when he first attacked the pyramid. I just saw him come in and it was like as if he made the pyramid ‘ting’ rather than give it massive blows of wounds, you know what I mean? So, I'm not even scared of him anymore. That is fantastic. They just said that “This energy will subside” as well. So, it looks like it's going to continue to weaken. Ok, “Let's look at this” they just said.  Ok, we're back into it. “She was not coerced. The coercion was fear”, but they're showing me the word 'succumbing', and I was fearful. They're showing him drawing, sucking my soul in. They’re showing me that man standing in front of me, and his black eyes sucking my soul in. Whoa, I just saw my spirit leave my body, like he sucked my spirit out of my body.  
 
I’m a young man. I wouldn't be surprised if I was a servant boy or something, I seem to be running around doing errands or looking after something there... or as an apprentice? I mixed with the nobles, or the academics. This goes back quite a long way. I'm seeing ancient, maybe Greece or something? Someone said, “It happened before then”, but maybe it's a similar sort of… I don't know. It looks similar in some way. 

Helen: Is this an attachment that's followed you through lifetimes? 

Kenna: The word attachment doesn't fit but they’re saying “It was attached” to me as such, I guess. “But it's not necessarily what this vehicle knows as an attachment”. But yes, through multiple lives and dimensions, "he knows how to imprison, through multiple dimensions and timelines - just as the dove was captured”, they said. 

Helen: Is there a positive equivalent of him? 

Kenna: They’re saying, “There is, but not on this plane”. That's weird. Not on this plane. They're showing him stuck here on this earthly plane, and I just heard “He was sent here to conquer”, but I don't actually know what the deal is with that. They're showing me a fifth dimensional realm, and they’re saying that “The equivalent resides there, not down here”. How did he get it in here? It seems like he's a lower vibrational being. They’re showing me the essence of his spirit being intelligent, which might be the equivalent to this fifth dimensional being. They're showing me that he's worked his way up to this point, rather than coming from that (5th dimension) and working his way down, but there is definitely a match or an equivalent of his energy, which is the exact opposite, but it's not in this realm. I keep hearing “He came here to conquer, came here to conquer”. 

Helen: That kind of makes sense in terms of polarity. So, is he still on this plane? 

Kenna: They're encouraging you to speak to Nostradamus about this. 

Helen: Alright, let's go see Mr Nostradamus or Doctor Nostradamus. 

Kenna: (laughs) Ok, they’re showing me the tapestry and was showing me which thread. (laughs) This is so cool! Oh my God! (excited) I don't know whether I should be sharing this stuff, but I will. Oh wait, I'll ask permission first, hold on. I wish I could explain this as quick as what it's happening. Ok, they're saying “Yes, explain it”. Ok, so they just paused the whole thing. They showed me what went on but paused it so I can relay it to you. 

If you can imagine a tapestry on a wall, and you look really, really close at it and you can see every thread. It's like a woven rug but you zoomed right in and you can see every thread. It's all golden, and you can see the energy running through it. Then they found the one that was linked to Nostradamus. They pulled the thread, like they pulled it out of the rug, and then they basically put the thread over … It's almost as if you cut the thread in half, but there’s no cutting. They're saying, “There's no cutting”, but they merge the thread and the top of the thread coming out of my head, and the bottom of the thread’s coming out of my feet. If you were to imagine that you were grounding into the earth and connecting your sacred channel to the divine, "the same rules and principles apply". That's what goes on, it's a merging of energies. 

I could see 'me' merge with that thread, and I got shot through the thread like in sci-fi movies, where you've got a tube and you go in the tube and it ‘whoosh’ sends you off. 

Helen: Like Futurama? 

Kenna: Yes! Futurama, exactly. Someone just gave you a high ten. 

Helen: (laughs) 

Kenna: It's Samuel. He knows our TV shows, right? 

Helen: That’s so cool. 

Kenna: Yes, he loves it. He's very proud of the fact that he knows our TV shows. 

Helen: Does he like Star Trek? 

Kenna: “Meh” (laughs). He said, “It’s alright”. He says he “knows them personally”, as in the people that they represent, the beings that are actually being channelled, as such. So he's not that impressed with Star Trek because he actually knows those people, the real ones, if that makes sense. That's so funny (laughs), but he still loves it. He likes to watch things that he doesn't know, he says. So that's why he's not that enthused with Star Trek because he already knows those beings. (laughs) That's so funny. He doesn't mean to offend you. 

Helen: No, I'd just like to know what is his favourite TV show? 

Kenna: It's the Roadrunner. It's Wile E and the Roadrunner. He finds it funny, he finds a lot of wisdom in it. He just said “a lot of Warner Brothers have hidden wisdom in it”. Like it's actually philosophical. If you can tap into the intelligence of it and relate that... like, mirror it to life, he says “it’s actually quite rewarding. It is very philosophical”. You can tap into that. 

Helen: Can I ask them, a lot of children's cartoons... I imagine there's the same level of philosophy in some of them? 

Kenna: “Yes”, he says. “Many, but not all. Some of them are just pure crazy”. He just gestured (twirls finger near head) crazy. “It lacks substance and it's really not helping the human brain develop within children. It’s very flighty, it’s not grounded. It lacks. There's certain things that it lacks for brain development" if that makes sense. He said he's “going on a tangent”. He's actually talking about this. He's like, “It's hard to understand that Warner Brothers could help with brain development. It's not until you're older, that you realise that there's an intelligence behind it”.  

He's encouraging both of us to actually watch a couple of episodes of it and find our own understanding now that we're adults, and that we have the intelligence to see these things; and he's like, “You'll see, you'll see”. When you're a kid, you don't think of these things, but there are certain cartoons, and he's calling them “Primary shows”. Primary shows that are really not helping the development of the brain function within kids. They're not really based around good. The majority of that he doesn't really care about “To each their own. That's the human experience”, but he's just noticed this (with the lacking shows), he doesn't actually watch those shows, he watches the other ones. 

Helen: That's alright, neither do I (laughs).  

Kenna: (laughs) He’s so happy to talk about it. 

Helen: (laughs) That's ok, We'll talk cartoons later, Samuel.  It’s just kind of spinny that we're talking cartoons with someone not in this timeline. Ok! Nostradamus, please. 

Kenna: (exhales) “The vehicle needs to calm down”. 

Helen: Alright, taking some nice deep breaths. Feeling our heart centre settle, and from the top of her head to the tips of the toes, she's feeling a sense of relaxation moving as a wave, a gentle wave of peace and calm. 

Kenna: That might be enough to do it, because I just landed on my arse, on a floor (laughs) and he (Nostradamus) says, “Hello there”. He knows I'm here and I saw the portal that I dropped in on him with, but I’m legit on my butt on the floor (laughs) and he is there sitting at his table. He seems busy. He's writing stuff down. 

Helen: Is it ok if we just spend some time with him? 

Kenna: He says “Wait”. He's just finishing stuff. “Yes, that's fine”. He says, “I'll permit you to speak”. 

Helen: Is it ok if we introduce ourselves? 

Kenna: He says, “Let me guess” (laughs). Well, he got the names right! (laughs) Oh my goodness, I can’t believe this is actually happening! Ok. Sorry! (laughs)  

Helen: That’s ok, you don’t have to apologise. 

Kenna: I’ve got to explain this... He said, “Let me guess” and he put his hand to his chin like 'hmmmm'. Then he said, “You must be Kenna and Helen from the beyond?”, which is actually quite funny, 'the future' he was insinuating. How does he know us? Oh, he can pick that up in our aura. He is showing me that it's basically stuck to my forehead and he can read it, as simple as that. How interesting. 

Helen: Right. 

Kenna: He's going on about the pronunciation of your name though. He says, “Kenna I'm unfamiliar with, but your name, Helen...”. He's doing like some sort of French pronunciation, like if you could imagine your name spoken with a French accent, but like really 'French like' (laughs). That's what he's saying. He's pronouncing your name in French. How interesting. 

Helen: Thank you. 

Kenna: He’s brushing my name off, though. He's not saying anything about that (laughs). 

Helen: (laughs). How can we address Doctor Nostradamus? What is the most respectful or polite way? 

Kenna: Oh, my goodness, He's not referring to himself as a doctor, and he just kind of shook his head like ‘brrrrr’ (no). He says he's a medical man or medicine man? “A medical man”, he just corrected me, “that deals with medicine”. What was the question? 

Helen: What is the best way that we can address him? Like, how can we address him? I just don't want to be impolite in these circumstances. 

Kenna: Sir or Mister seems to be fine; you can regard him as Sir or Mister. Wow, he's really got a strong French accent, obviously, but he just said his whole name in French. I can't even replicate that. 

Helen: Ok, so Sir. 

Kenna: Yes, that's good. He's responding... 

Helen: We won't take up too much of your time at this moment but thank you for allowing us to speak with you. 

Kenna: He's stopping you and going “Don't worry about it, don't worry about it. Come here, come here. Quick, look!”.  He's showing me something. He doesn't mind (about the name) but he appreciates it, but he's saying, “Don't worry about it” (laughs), “Cut to business”, (laughs) He's drawing me over to the table... Ok, I need to get out of my head. I'm just so curious, and he's actually saying, “This vehicle is curious”. He’s showing me the obsidian mirror. He’s saying “Look, see for yourself” and he’s referencing to Dolores and that we're seeing the same thing that she saw and he's referencing to the fact that it's on the cover of the book. Wow, that's fascinating. There's more! He's telling me to shut up (laughs) and to get the information to you. Alright, so it's the same thing. It's whichever volume (of the book) it is, I can't recall, and I'm seeing the cars. I'm seeing the pollution. He’s showing the oceans, he’s showing me pollution and he’s saying really strongly, loudly “It must be fixed. The pollution that needs to be destroyed”, that's the closest interpretation that I can give in English. He's showing me to look closer and he's popping my head through... into the vision of the mirror. That's weird. It's like a portal. Yeah, that's freaking weird. He's coming with me, so he's not just like trying to push me in there, he's putting his head through as well and he's like, “Look, look!”. 

Helen: It's like Harry Potter, in the movies. It's a disc that him and Dumbledore can kind of peer into it, and then they're in the vision. 

Kenna:  "This vehicle doesn't know what you're talking about", but he knows what you're talking about. I'm being told that "it's exactly what is happening". There's a couple of different perspectives which are coming through, some as me, as Kenna, others in the third person and some will be coming from him. He says “Just so you're aware. It's just because of this vehicle. It's just because of this channel that it comes through in this manner", and he just said, “Learn to get used to it” (laughs). 

Helen: Thank you, Sir. 

Kenna: Alright. So, he's peering through and I’m peering through. He's showing me seagulls, he’s showing me bird life, especially near the ocean. He’s showing me it wash up. He's showing me sulphur, some sort of sulphur. He says “It's volcanic. It's coming from the ocean floor, from the sea.” He's showing me birds and things being poisoned, but he’s also showing me a seabird with pollution, like plastic around its neck, choked and stuff. He says, "this needs to come to a close within humanity. Save your plastic. Do away with it”. I wonder what he means by that. Wait, he's got his index finger at my face “come closer”, like when someone curls their index finger towards them to come closer? He still wants me to have a look, so I'll try and get out as much information as I can. He says, “There'll be plenty of time for questions, just get the information through”. He is showing me pollution, he's showing me the exhaust coming out the back of the car. He's showing me some sort of, almost looks like residue coming out the exhaust pipe of the car, dripping onto the road, the rains coming and it being washed into the drain and out into the ocean. He said, “The oceans are very important; it's really ruining the cycle of life”. He’s showing me that it's affecting plankton, it's affecting shrimp, it's affecting the whole fucking food chain. And not only that, but Earth mother is mad. 

He’s showing me that there's a crack in the sea floor or that there's going to be a crack. "It hasn't happened yet", he's grabbing his beard and he's stroking his beard. He said, “We’ll look into that later, for a time frame”, but he's having a think about that. It looks like there could possibly be a fissure or a crack deep within the earth’s crust, something that is going to spill forward something into the sea. I just heard “It's going to be devastating for wildlife, but not only Earth mother is at fault...”. This is not about Earth poisoning her own creation or her own domain, "this is caused through the excesses of humanity". 

Ohh my goodness. He's showing me Moses. He’s showing me the staff of Moses. He says, “Look this up”. Moses is getting, I don't know whether it's angry, but he's holding the staff and then he's whacked the staff on the ground and Nostradamus just said "that's it's not just about Moses parting the Red Sea" There's some sort of earthquake connected to that, and he's showing me the ground splitting in half. “It's connected”, he said and he’s direct referencing to Moses. I think he had a Bible in his hand there? Just like a big Bible and he just threw it down to make a statement. It was as if he was reading directly from the scriptures and then threw it down. He just pointed at me and said “The book will be thrown at you too, humanity. The book is going to be thrown at you too". Look up Moses. Look at his anger". It's all that sort of thing with symbology. "The vehicle knows this”. Which I do. I actually know the story of it, but I don't know every detail, but I know what he's talking about when he’s saying this. 
 

Ah, fuck. So the book is going to be thrown at us. “Decisions, choices. This is what's going on. We choose to pollute now. It's not about ignorance” he's saying. This is a lack of evolution that Samuel was talking about. This is the evolutionary scale and Samuel's with me, he's right here, by my side and he's agreeing. He’s showing me the (Neanderthal) scale again. Nostradamus knows that Samuel is here too. Oh, they know each other, they know each other really well! That's nice, they're like friends. No wonder he (Samuel) was able to take us (laughs). Wow, they're really good friends, they're doing that brother handshake. They're very loving towards each other too. Nostradamus just extended his other hand over the other, like the hand of Samuel. You know, when there's a two-handed handshake to extend the love, the brotherly love, that's what's going on between them. Wait a minute, hold on, someone sent 'us' here (to Nostradamus) or someone sent 'me' here. Who did that? Was it Nostradamus or Samuel? 

Nostradamus sent us here. He called us forward, with Samuel's assistance, he called us forward because of the work of Dolores. Ok, what do you want to ask him (Nostradamus)? Is there something you want to ask him about? 

Helen: Has he called forth anyone else? 

Kenna: Yeah, there’s a handful of people. Is there a man in particular, he's showing me a man about 40 years old, but he’s like “You could count them on one hand”. 

Helen: Thank you. I'm, I'm honoured. I can't speak for Kenna, but I'm honoured that you've called me forward. Thank you. So, where would you like to start? How are we supposed to save humanity if not everyone wants to listen? 

Kenna: He said, “Start with yourself and your own inner peace”. He’s showing me Zen meditation. “You call it meditation” he says "but we call it taking the time out to re-center and re-ground", But it's like meditation. He keeps saying “you call it meditation” (laughs). Ohh (exclaimed), He's a funny little bugger! He just showed me a chestnut and cracking a chestnut, as to insinuate that 'you’re hard nut to crack' (laughs). He’s really cheeky mate (laughs). He's glad we find that funny. Ohh, he's funny. He's in a good mood, but he's thinking. He's stroking his beard, having a good think. He says “Start with this, change yourself first. Refuse to comply”. Ahhh... (questioning) Ok, he says “Yes, you can say that. The vehicle has translated this differently, but the message remains the same”. So as 'Kenna the vehicle'... she is saying "To be the change you want to see in the world”. 

Helen: Model the behaviour. 

Kenna: “Yes. Say no to the things which you know are a pollutant which are contributing to this mess”. He’s showing me like fucking cyclones, showing me really big churning which is in “the air and sea”. "These things will continue to intensify until the balance has become restored". He is showing me lasers being shot into the sky. He’s showing me a hole being formed in the ozone layer, and he's showing me that hole can repair itself, but he said that “They haven't figured out the cure yet”. They think it's like CFC's. "They think it's this, they think it's that" and he's going “No, no, no...” and he's throwing papers everywhere. "It's not because of this. It's not because of that! They think with their minds through greed” he says. It's all about the bottom line and he's showing me profits. He's showing me gold coins stacking up, “...but dollars”, he said. “Dollars, for the American people” he just said. This is for the American people so they can comprehend, so they can relate to it. 

Helen: So how can we... That's something that I understand and Kenna understands, we know this and we see this and I don’t know. There's a lot of people that see this also and get upset because they are the little people, they don't have that control. They don't have that power. 

Kenna: He's really passionate right now and he just said “Cut it off from the source. Stop buying, stop consuming. Do what you can to limit the 'fuel' supply. This is this is an act of war. They do this in war also". He says "look up the art of war”. I'm agreeing with him, I know exactly what he's talking about. I'm sure you do too.(laughs) But he says, “Cut off the fuel supply, cut it off from the source”. He's showing me that the fuel supply is the financial transaction - the fuel supply. “You're financially funding these criminals” he just said. "They know" and he’s showing me, people with heads in the sand as well. “The naysayers”, he's saying, “the naysayers”. 

Helen: Thank you. So just to start modelling the behaviour and stop the buying. So, we're gonna have our own ripple effects within the community then? 
 

Kenna: He just kind of went (hands up in exasperation) like there is little hope that this can change things, probably we can within us and other people, but he says “It's at least worth a shot. It's at least worth a try”. Consumerism. He just showed it in big bold letters. CONSUMERISM. There are people that are trying to make a change. He’s showing me people around board tables, like small groups, independent companies and corporations. “They're actually trying to make the change”, he says. But it's slow. It's not like it's 'not quick enough', but it's taking its time. 

Helen: Because it doesn't generate profit. 

Kenna: “Yes”, he says "exactly". He just stroked his beard and lifted his index finger and gestured to you and said, “exactly”. He can hear you. He can hear me, and he can hear you at the same time. He says, “It’s like a filter and I can hear both”. One is louder than the other, so he can hear us both. Anyway, I thought that was fascinating. 

Helen: (sighs). So, we'll start making the change. 

Kenna: He says “That's all that can be done. Start with you and wait and see what happens. Others will follow suit”. He’s showing me that. He says “You're interactive. Your energy fields are interactive, so by committing to something, or at least trying, or holding something within your heart....”. 

Wait a minute, he just got angry. I don't know why he just got angry, but he just had an outburst of anger. I asked him if it was something that I misinterpreted, but he's saying “No, you didn't misinterpret”. He seems exasperated, just angry. He says he “can speak for himself”. Hold on. “Time and time and time again”, he's saying and he's like banging his fist on the table. He's going “How many times?” He’s going “How many wars?” It's so interesting, it’s the things keep happening. He's very angry about it. I can understand that. “If you could see what I see”, he said. He understands there is nothing that he can do even with that ability of sight, of the psychic ability, but he says, “It doesn't take a magic man to figure that out”. That this is where we're going (the future). And he’s like “again, this has happened again”. You know what I mean? “This is not the first and only time in Earth's history”, he's saying. 

Helen: No (sighs). 

Kenna: There’s been pollution before. There's been chaos before. There's been war before.  

Helen: Really? 

Kenna: Destruction. Yeah, he’s showing me… Ohh jeez, he’s showing me some sort of civilisation. Not sure if that that feels like a… He just said, “It's not 100% accurate, but it's close enough for you to get an idea”. He’s showing me, Vesuvius and Pompeii? It's very much a Roman sort of thing, and he's just saying that “They're very wasteful”. Like, you can tell, even within their mosaics. The luxury that these civilisations and societies had. He’s still angry, but he's like “no wonder, God or the volcano put a stop to it”. It’s a Sodom and Gomorrah sort of thing, it’s that biblical reference.  It's luxury, and over (indulgence)…He's showing me…it's just ridiculous. Like it's not just for survival and being comfortable. It's beyond being comfortable. It's a display of wealth. It's a display of ego. It's a display of you name it. He's like “Once society gets to this point, there's no going back. It's a destruction”. 

Helen: It's gluttony. 

Kenna: He says, “very good!” He just called you “child”. That's interesting. Ohh, because you're younger than what he is. His beard is a greying. He's quite old at this point in his life. He's not a young man anymore, ok, so he might reference to you like that, like as a child.  

Helen: (sighs). Ok. I personally want to start, I'm going to call it a tiny house community or something of that nature, but I imagine that this may be similar to some of the communities that may be present in your lifetime? But it's just going back to traditional ways. 

Kenna: He has got a different take on this, and he's saying, “It might not be approved by all”, but he says, “That it's not necessary to completely remove yourself from civilisation or society”. He’s flicking a light switch on and off, like electricity. Like off the grid sort of reference. “You can save the electricity”. You can actually still be living in the city or the town. Cities don't resonate with him. He doesn't like the concept of the city “Because they're gluttonous” he said. He's really glad he can talk about this, but he's pretty angry about it, but he's glad he can speak with us about it. He said, “You don't have to necessarily remove yourself from the grid or even remove your electricity from the home”, But “it's about personal choice and morals, ethics and what you are consciously contributing to, which is the cause, which is the problem. Now, let's get down to the electric side of things”. He's well aware that it's a pollution causing thing, ok? He seems to be not too worried about that. It's going green anyway, they're just reasonably slow to the party. But he has faith that they'll get there with the electricity. Yeah, but he's showing me everything else that's a problem, such as the plastics, the oil, the pollution. 

“If you cut it off at the source, the rest will change” and he's showing me that you might not be able to do much about the electric or the electricity side of things that's the pollution, but they’re moving towards greener options anyway. He is convinced that they'll get there with that. He is less worried about that. So please, you know, conserve electricity, but everything else, if you could cut it off. He’s showing me plastics.  He’s showing me, waste thrown away, things that don't last. Buy things that last. “The superficial things” he says, “things that aren't necessary”. He’s showing me lipsticks, he’s showing me makeup, he’s showing the animal testing. "It's unnecessary". He’s pulling his hair out. He's got a really big heart. Even though it's so long ago (his timeline), you know what I mean? He wouldn't think twice about killing a rabbit. he's showing me that. He's like “I'll kill a rabbit”. Like cut its throat and skin it, “but I will use every part of it”. You know what I mean? “In this day and age, it's completely unnecessary to be doing animal testing”. He's showing me that he's got a big heart and his heart breaks when he sees that. He’s “seen that in his mirror”, he said. He's seen the lab testings. He's seen monkey testings, he's seen rabbit testings, he's seen all sorts of human testings. Oh, my God, that just shocked me. He says, “The testings of the Nazi war”. He's seen it all. He said, “Some of those testings were necessary evil”, but bringing it back to that, with your… He says, “You don't have to go off the grid”. “Obviously it's your life, your choice” he says “you do what you want”. But we need to help those who are… He says, “Be a light bearer” like, “Show them the way”. Oh thanks! He just gave me a compliment. Ohh, that's nice. Do you want me to share that with you? I don't want to seem like I'm stroking my own ego though. 

Helen: It's ok. 

Kenna: He’s saying, “Go on” (laughs). I just heard him say “This vehicle is very good” (in reference to relaying fast psychic messages) (laughs). He's talking super fast and he's showing me images (at the same time). He's got a big smile on his face and he's like, “That's the way your brain is wired”. He says, “Very good”, like I'm learning, I'm a student in the psychic sciences, that sort of thing, yeah. He's very happy, he's happy with this. To get the message through really quick. That's nice, Thank you, Mr Nostradamus. Bless him, he's really happy. He's like, ask him anything. What was your question? 

Helen: Ok. So previously we did some work with Kenna about an element of the Antichrist, potentially the Antichrist. We were told to come talk to you. 

Kenna: Yes, yes. He knows exactly what you're talking about. He just went all serious. He's stroking his beard. He's showing me…Oh! (exclaimed) He just walked over to his table. He opened a book and then he looked at the book and he's like “Come here”, and I looked at the book and then he turned to me, and he said “You signed up for it. This vehicle signed up for that learning experience”. He just shut the book, like he doesn't want to talk about anything else other than that, I think. But wait a minute. He's still having to think, like he doesn't want to draw that energy closer. So I think he's just trying to be intelligent about the issue. Yeah, hold on. 

He's funny. (Talking to herself) What does that mean? I don't know what that means. He just ran and got a book, and it looked like he was able to write in it like a notebook but old school, and there was a blank leaf of paper. He says, “Parchment”, but it’s paper, and he wrote on there. I just had to triple check that because I saw it really quickly and then I went ‘no, that doesn’t make sense'. Let's go through it 'word for word’ and it seems to be the same thing. He’s showing me "I wish you were here" in English. I don't know what that means. I don't know how that's connected. 

Helen: It’s a Pink Floyd song. Does he wish that we were there present in his timeline or is that just the general feeling that we were all… 

Kenna: He just slammed the book (shut) like he did with the other one and then just started laughing, but in a good way. He goes, “Yes! And then I wouldn't feel so lonely”.  

Helen: Ohh. I would like to work with you more, Sir, if you would like us to work with you? 

Kenna: “Yes”, he says, “definitely”. He had to get that off his chest (laughs). He’s funny. I think he's funny because he's happy that we're talking to him, maybe, because it's us. He says, "don't get ahead of yourself" (laughs). Ok, wait a minute. Ok, we'll just keep moving. We'll just keep naturally moving, cause he's naturally, making me move on and is giving me information. I'm sorry if this is really hard to keep up with. 

Helen: No, no, no. It's ok, let’s keep it fluid. 

Kenna: He’s showing me little drawings on paper. He's showing me my head, he's showing me my brain like a cross section, “I know this because I'm a man of medicine”. Ok, so he knows that there's a brain inside of the head. He says, “It's common knowledge, but you wouldn't know that”, (laughs). Anyway, he's showing me that cross section of the brain... and this is my head, right? He's got an arrow coming out the side of the head and then he's showing me that antichrist. It really seems like it's something connected with the mind. He’s showing me that there's a connection between this originating... not originating, is it originating? He’s showing me pictures, sorry. 

Helen: That's OK. 

Kenna: Ok, wait, we're just gonna backtrack for two seconds. He showed me that picture, and then all of a sudden, he took me to like the outer edge of the universe, and he says “Can’t you see it?“, he's showing me a scene very similar to, you know, when we saw the universes next to each other, they're like little spheres, like heavy molecules or whatever. He's saying, “That's what your mind is made up of”. 

Helen: As above so below. 

Kenna: He just turned to you and said "exactly". When I ask him if that the antichrist originates in the mind, he’s not giving me a yes or no. But I did just hear, which I can only assume is from him, “That everything originates from the mental periphery”, which is the mind? 

Helen: Alright. 

Kenna: “As within so without’, that's what he's saying, “As above, so below” Yes. 

Helen: So basically everything within the universe is contained within us. 

Kenna: Ah. He loves you. I think you're onto something there. Oh, my goodness. He's just showed me my head and your head, and he pushed them both together, and he’s saying, “With both your heads combined...” (both laugh). I’m getting too excited. Ok, he's aware of this too (the excitement). He's trying to help as well. He's so lovely. He's been so nice to us. 

(Discussing logic and intuition)

Kenna: He says “That's the way he is good at what he does too” as a medicine man, sorry, medical man. “It’s both. You can't look at one without the other. There’s always two sides". He’s showing the different sides of the brain. He’s showing me the logical, the intuitive. He's frustrated, he doesn't understand why they cut one half of the brain out, one half of the functioning out, and he's saying, “It never used to be like that”, but "then men got stupid", and became purely logical. He can't place exactly when that happened. He can see it in his age, where he is (in his time), especially in the Roman Catholic Church, but he’s saying, “There's still the Inquisition, who are superstitious”, you know what I mean, they do believe that these things exist, but it's almost like a suppression of that. (sighs) He doesn't understand why they did that in the first place when there's more to the brain than just the purely logical, but he says “that is why you and I are both good at what we do”.  He knows it (laughs). 

Helen: Is it manipulation? 

Kenna: What's the manipulation? He says “Rephrase the question". 

Helen: Why they take out half the brain - is it a way to keep us dumb? 

Kenna: He's just stroking his beard. He says, “Not necessarily dumb, but it's to keep people in control. It's more of a controlling mechanism than a trying to make your IQ drop or become dumb, disabled in a way”. He is saying,“It's to keep people in fear, because of the control. They figured that out” (laughs). Like they’re smart enough to figure out that it controls people, so they draw upon that. That’s what goes on. 

He’s showing me a butterfly and he says “How does a butterfly learn how to do what it does?”. He’s showing me the whole life of the butterfly, showing me from the caterpillar, to the cocoon, to the flight. He’s saying “How does it do that? Now, how does it do that? It's definitely not logical” (both laughs). I love him. He's great! I really love that. He's such a smartarse. He's laughing, he’s stroking his beard. He’s laughing and he's glad, he's glad that we like this. He's the best, he really is. Anyway, carry on, questions? 

Helen: I think that might be…I don't know. We've covered a lot of ground. I'm not too sure. I mean, we could talk for hours. 

Kenna: He would like to show you one more thing, if that's ok. 

Helen: Absolutely. 

Kenna: He says, “It's to the vehicle”, but I'll explain it. He's doing that ‘come closer’ thing and he's showing me the fireplace in the room and it's actually lit. I didn't see it before. He says because I “wasn’t paying attention to it”. He's got a fire poker and he’s poking the flames, and we’re kind of standing there together, looking at the fire. 

He says to “Be the warmth in the world”, and he's pointing at me and my heart, or where my heart would be (in the physical). “The fire, that warmth is within there” he says, “and you know where that is”. He just quickly showed me that it was wintertime, and that he's nice and cosy in here, and he says “You can do the same, spread the warmth. Spread the light as well, but it’s the warmth”. He is saying something about warmth, it must be love. He’s just poking the fire and looking at it. It looks like... it's not a roaring fire, but there's a little bit of flame, but he's just poking at the coals for a minute. He just grabbed his arm and went “Brrr”, and then he shut a blind over the fire, he says “It's symbolic. Some people like the cold, but bring the others to the warmth”, that’s what he’s saying. “Show them what the warmth is”. 

Helen: So, the mission statement is ‘to be the light and awaken the light in others’. That's what they told me to do. 

Kenna: “That's the message for you” and he just said “there's two messages within this and one is also for the vehicle”. He keeps showing me the five of pentacles. Are you familiar with Tarot, Helen? 

Helen: No, not overly. I don't quite understand it.  

Kenna: Look at the… This is for you, ok? But he's saying, “The vehicle is aware of this”, obviously but look at the traditional five of pentacles card and he is saying “Remember this. Some people enjoy the cold. Some people get a kick out of the cold, some people…" 

Helen: That's the one as they're passing the church. 

Kenna: "Yes, correct." He's very excited that you figured that one out (laughs). He's showing me that (scene), even in his town. He's actually showing me people that are victims of the cold, of their hardships, of all that. But he's saying to me to “Show them the warmth”, ok, and some people are actually gonna turn to the warmth. Other people prefer the cold, and he says, “and that is the end of that”, and it was very matter of fact. But your interpretation of the message he says “Dear, dear Helen”, but he said it in a very French accent, “is your message alone as well”. 

Helen: Yes. 

Kenna: He's just clocked two birds with one stone (both laugh). “But you both got it, that’s what goes on”. He just gave us a thumbs up. Everything is everything safe, everything's ok. How interesting, it’s so funny. He says, “Come on back”, he's welcoming us back. He’s saying he is “Happy to go through a list. Write it down, we'll go through it. Bring the list” he says, “and we'll look at these things”, He's happy to look at it. 

Helen: Do we need to go over anything that Dolores did already or is this all-new information? 

Kenna: “Now that was very frustrating”, he saying, “very frustrating”, ok, in some aspects. He’s not going to say anything about that, why it was frustrating. He’s saying, “There were various influencing factors which made the task frustrating and and sometimes difficult”, and it was just through the communication from his end to her end. But he said that we can look at that as well. What was the original question?  

Helen: Do we need to go through the the information that he did with Dolores or are we bringing forth new information? 

Kenna: He’s stroking his beard and a think. Look, he's happy to go through some of it, but he's really happy to kind of leave it. “If you need”, he said, “if you need further clarification about any particular verse, or information” he says, “we can look at those things” but he's doesn't think it's a priority. 

Helen: I would agree. 

Kenna: “The main message was delivered”, he said. 

Helen: I was going to say, we can only go through the quatrains so many times. 

Kenna: He says “exactly”. He's completely with you, the reasoning behind why you said that, he's agreeing with. 

Helen: ...But apologies if we come up with topics that have been discussed before that we don't recall reading, or we might have read a long time ago. We'll try and ask questions about new information, if that makes sense? 

Kenna: He says, “even so, if you were to repeat similar or same questions, or topics, or subjects”, he “would be happy to do a refresher”, like he can give you refreshing information, or a different take, so he's not worried about that. He's seems to have a bit more time, nowadays, because he's older, he doesn't actually mind taking the time out. He's not as busy as what he was before. He's got a lot of time to think and do things. He is “still a busy man” he's saying, he doesn’t just laze around. He's always got something to do, but it seems like he's got the time now, so he's happy. He's cool, bit more laid back. 

Helen: Does he still have students? 

Kenna: I think he recently stopped. 

Helen: OK. 

Kenna: From what I just heard and what he’s showing me, I think he’s just given it up, he's just ceased that. 

Helen: So, it's kind of like retirement, so to speak. 

Kenna: ‘It's equivalent to that’ he’s saying. He’s showing me that there is a student of his who may have been his last, like, sort of apprentice. He says, “If the student had questions”, he'd definitely make himself available to answer such things if they were to come to him. He’s showing me this student, a lot younger than what he is, almost portraying him as a child (laughs), in comparison to his age. But yeah, he's basically retired. He's not actively training anyone, teaching anyone. 

Helen: Alright, well, we will come up with a list. Is there any final messages or anything that he would like to share with us before we go? Does he want us to come back to this particular moment in his life?  

Kenna: He says wait and see where you land, ok, but if "I'm too busy or if things are too difficult, come here instead". Yeah. He just showed me coming out of that portal (laughs) and falling on my butt again (laughs). He says, “Just see where you land, see where you end up” and we will take it from there, “but” he says, “you can always come back to this time”. 

Helen: Ok. 

Kenna: If it's challenging, or if it's difficult, or if he's busy or whatever... I don't know why it's so random? He just shrugged at the randomness of where we might end up, but I think it depends on our vibrational frequency to what time frame we end up. It’s a match of frequency or energy? Samuel and him and doing the…Nostradamus is laughing about it. You know the Spock… 

Helen: (laughs) 

Kenna: The Star Trek thing, with the hand? They’re doing it and they think that they're funny. They just turned me and said, “Where time travels to”. Nostradamus knows this and obviously Samuel knows this because he's the one that, you know, he's the one that knows them. They both did that that thing (handsign), they both did it to each other and thought it was funny and then Nostradamus kind of rubbed it in my face and he's like, “I know it too”. 

Helen: (laughs) 

Kenna: That's so funny. He's a nice man, he's definitely a lot more carefree than what he used to be. He’s showing me him when he was working as a younger man with his medical profession. He was very... quite serious and very straightforward and no time for bullshit. 

He just went (angry raspberry) when I swore. “A lady shouldn't say those things” he just said (both laugh) “But come back anytime”. He's just nodded his head, like a thank you and respect. He says, “It's ok to go now”. 

Helen: Can you do me a favour? Can you grab just a touch of my energy and my thanks and send it to him? 

Kenna: “Tell her. Tell her I know”. That was a really kind gesture and I just actually saw some sort of energetic hand that's yours Helen, I just saw that come through from my energy field and shake his hand. Like you just shook his hand with your energy. He says, “The pleasure is all mine”. 

Helen: This is awesome. Thank you. 

Kenna: He's just saying “Go now. You can go now”. He’s letting us go, ok? 

Helen: Have a good moment in time. 

Kenna: He says he’ll get back to his book work now. He’s funny. He’s going back to what he was doing before we really interrupted him (laughs). I’ve just got to turn to Samuel... he’s showing me the thread. We're gonna go back. He's just quickly showing me how to do this, and let's go. 

Ok, there's the thread. Same thing. It's almost the same way back out as we had come in. So, we're part of the thread... we're going back. How do we get through the other side? Wait, I feel like I've lost a part of myself, hold on. They’re showing me stuff, hold on. It felt like there was a splitting of something there. “Just pull yourself forward”. We're back at the tapestry, and I just pulled forward the rest of me from the... 

Helen: From the tunnel? 

Kenna: Yeah. It's like I left a footprint or half of myself there at first. As if I left some sort of layer there and I had to call it back. That's very intriguing. But I'm back with him (Samuel) now. I'll just quickly asking him if I'm all there. He says “Not until you see it happen” and I just saw it happen. I just saw the rest of myself, kind of (slurp) back into me. He says “all good”. 

Helen: It's like an echo. I liken it to an echo because you're so curious. There's probably an element of you that is kind of still exploring. 

Kenna: “It's very, very much along those lines” Samuel is saying. He's agreeing with you. It could be like an 'energetic footprint' of my essence or spirit. But yes, you're right. He’s saying, “It's along those lines”. So, I just gotta make sure I'm disconnected from that strand. He’s just showing me the strand, replacing the strand and pushing the strand back into the tapestry, and he's gesturing ‘there, there’, like he's patting it thank you and saying thanks to the strand. He just said, “Nostradamus knows this as well”, as it might reverberate through his cord or his strand. 

It's not his strand, but it seems to be connected to him. It's almost like a gateway of portals. It seems like you can just enter whatever strand, and then you just get shot through a portal. You can put your intention to where you want to go and it opens up the...That makes sense! (A realiasiton) I've seen these portals in this life. I've seen these portals and I've seen beings come out of them and I came out of the same one, but in front of him. 

Helen: Yep. 

Kenna: That's fascinating. My goodness.  He just said “There's energetic portals of darkness too, but these are energetic portals of light”, like light healing. 

Helen: Light and dark portals.  

Kenna: I was just asking him about that and he showed me the dark ones, and it's almost a mirror image of the light ones, but you can see the dark energy flowing through it, rather than the gold light flowing through it. I just quickly asked him for selfish purposes, if is there a way for us to shut the doorway of that portal that comes to me, because I see all sorts of crazy shit and dark stuff come through those portals, as well as light portals, I see both of them. Then, like stupid me, it must have been my spirit cause I didn't consciously think this, but I went to grab my thread that was connecting me to that dark tapestry. I was trying to remove it and it got taken off me, and they're like “No, you can't do that” (laughs). “You're not allowed to”. Then they put it back and I’m like ‘How the fuck do I stop the portal opening? How do we clog the tube, basically, so nothing can pass through? Then I was shown that there's two gatekeepers of the tapestry and Samuel just said that there is the same with the light as well. There must be like some sort of gatekeepers or protectors. What do you call them? There’s an actual name for it? I don't know. They look after things, protect it. 

Helen: Guardians. 

Kenna: Yeah, Guardians, that's it (laughs). I saw the dark ones, they’re interesting. They're freaking huge. They're like, so much bigger than what I am. But the tapestry is freaking huge anyway, but they're bigger than the tapestry, and they're just standing there with two massive... if you can imagine an axe, a medieval axe, but the handles are really long, like a spear. 

Helen: Yeah, yeah. 

Kenna: They had two of them, with their arms crossed and they were the ones that told me I couldn't do it. Then they booted me away from the dark tapestry, but they not trying to hurt me or anything, they’re just guarding the tapestry. That's what they programmed to do... or made to do. That's their task.  

Samuel said, “It's good that you know this now”. It’s very interesting that there is a complete opposite though. 

Helen: Well, not really. I guess that's that's polarity, right? That's the balance of the universe. There's always gonna be one and the other.
